2 to 3” wide, violet-blue, cup-shaped flowers gracefully cover the dark green foliage from spring to midsummer, if deadheaded regularly. Prefers to have its roots in cool soil. Summer mulch is helpful. In our climate, morning sun/afternoon shade is ideal.
